I’m sorry I have to do this to you on a Monday morning when I’m sure many of you are hard at work–doughnuts! I discovered that doughnuts are really not that hard to make. One of the worst parts is that your family will be making them disappear as soon as you set them on the rack to cool.

*I really detest treadmills. I prefer running outside with changing scenery. Did I tell you I’m running a 1/2 marathon on September 12th??! Pass another doughnut my way!
*baking soda and salt are not spices…but you know what I meant.
*my butter warmer is not made out of metal. Rather steel or maybe cast iron or…I don’t know. Just not metal. Here is Giada’s at Target.
