I just got back from leading a bus tour to the AQS Quilt Show in Des Moines IA. It was a fabulous little get-away that was filled with quilts and sweet quilt lovers. I had some great personal fun time as well as a smidge of business on the side. In addition, some of the venders had my patterns done up as samples/kits which was totally thrilling!
Pictured to the right is “Boxed Blessings“–one of my top sellers. Easy piecing for any level quilter.
Next is “Sweet Swagger“. The fabrics in this sample are from a darling brown and pink collection. An easy quilt to teach a beginner curved piecing.
This picture is of one of my more country style patterns called “The Gathering Place.” Very fall with the pumpkins and wool crows. Learn some applique in this one!
Here’s another “Boxed Blessings” done in Civil War fabrics. “Anything Goes” is to the right of it–this is my latest pattern. It is a wonderfully easy pattern…I just taught a beginning quilting class with it…and it is also rather man friendly if that is what you are looking for.
Thanks to all for such an exciting trip!
