I was looking at some of my favorite blogs today and I saw someone had made homemade Chai tea concentrate!  Wow!  Chai tea doesn’t just come from a box?!  One of my favorite things is Tastefully Simple’s Chai Tea, but it is not an everyday purchase,  so I am excited to try something homemade.  I have to pick up some black tea tomorrow so I can’t try it yet, but I made the “sludge” tonight.  Recipe here.
