So sorry I have not posted in almost a week!!! I have been teaching “wacky crafts” at my church’s vacation bible school all week. Kindergarten through 5th grade have been keeping me entertained each evening. Wowza, parents have a big job! Go, go, go–wiggly and on to new adventures every five minutes. They were sure cute though.
So here’s where I’m at…the dishes need to be done, again, and I am still trying to figure out paint colors. The husband has set a deadline for me to decide, so I will probably post on the final decision next week. (Oh, I came home for a speedy supper tonight in between work and church, and Tony had made me homemade empanadas. What a man! I was famished!)
So here’s some of the quilting projects I’ve been working on this week.
I picked out the fabric for a sweet little baby quilt. (For a girl of course, and no I am not expecting.) Just thought I would do this one up in preparation for any future bundles of friends and family.
This is a quilt I have been working on for a while now. It is one of those patterns you don’t have to think about at all. Just sew and go. I think it will be very cool when it is done.
Here’s a sneak peek at a pattern I am working on. Love the browns and pinks. So far so good!!!
