I am a handmade girl through and through! I love creating things with fabric, yarn, wool, paper, and yes, even food. (Wish I didn’t like that last one so much!) I am a wife and mom that thrives on making the best home possible for my family. Good meals, a cozy quilt, knitted hats and mittens, handmade gifts of all shapes and sizes…you get the picture! Take a look around my nest and you will see the touches of this handmade girl.

At the heart of everything I do, is my love for handmade. One part of my handmade, is my quilting pattern business. I started in 2007 with my first pattern release; since then I have released patterns each year that sell in quilt shops across the U.S. Some patterns are traditional, some are modern, but they are all “Quilting for the Modern Traditionalist.” See all my patterns under the “Quilt Patterns” tab above.
